This week has absolutely flown by! At College this week all of our class had to come up with some sort of packaging for an egg, working as individuals, using only a sheet of plastic and some tape, and to be thrown up in the air and over a certain height and not break. I cheated and wrapped mine up in lots and lots of tape and then tubes of plastic, and it didn't break, oh' yes. Tuesday I had to finish my work with my other Art teacher, Cassie (I love her name so much), the work included completing six boards on our own choice of Fashion Designer, Photographer, Illustrator, Sculptor, Jewellery Designer and a Wild Card. I then met my friends and went to Broadway cafe to sit outside and drink beer and eat wedges and chilli sauce and then back to my friends student house. In the evening we went to the COW Student Lock In, I bought a black and white striped dress with green and blue dots over which I cut a slight bit shorter, £3. Wednesday me and my boyfriend went to The Orange Tree to fill our faces with wedges and then to the Cinema to watch Made in Dagenham with a bottle of vodka and cans of red bull. I really enjoyed the whole late 60's fashion in the film, I just love rollers in hair and headscarfs. Thursday me and my boyfriend went to Nottingham Goose Fair in the morning, I then carried out my Art work there, we were required to take photographs and sketch four different views. Today is Friday, after going in to town on my own to hand out CV's as I'm just desperate for a job right now! I then came home only to be asked by my Mummy if I wanted to go shopping in town with her, she bought me a pink and purple vintage dress from COW, £3-how I love a bargin. Now I'm sat in my messy room with no make up on and french plaits in my blonde hair-oh' and my lovely boyfriend took in my faux fur coat, just in time for this cold weather with my lovely necklace from my Great Aunt in the USA.
